Villains can purchase Recipes, or use Invention Salvage to craft them, by using the Invention Worktables left behind by the mysteriously (and likely violently) vanished previous occupants.
The Abandoned Labs, unlike the full University campus in Cap au Diable, do not offer a tutorial or Midnighter Club access.
